The 2nd E-Learning and Distance Education Conference (ELDEC 2009); offers an opportunity
for those involved in the study, implementation and delivery of e-learning to meet
and exchange ideas and experiences.
The conference invites qualitative, experience-based and quantitative papers, case
studies and reports of work in progress on both the theory and practice of all aspects
